Do we guarantee the work?

All repair work is guaranteed for between 3-12 months depending on the type of repair. Click here for further information on our standard warranty.

How long will a repair take?

The majority of issues and faults can be diagnosed and repaired within the time specified in the fixed fee fault finding service.

When a repair takes longer or we are unable to diagnose a fault, we will contact you accordingly and keep you up to date regularly. All goods are sent back on an express service.

What equipment do we repair?

We support and repair all screening and diagnostic audiological medical equipment including audiometers, tympanometers (impedance meters), Otoacoustic Emissions (OAE), Hearing instrument Test (HiT) boxes and Evoked Response Audiometers.

What happens if we are unable to repair an instrument?

In the unlikely event that we are unable to repair an instrument, we will advise you accordingly and offer a trade-in quotation for a new instrument.
