Please note that we may take photographs or video at exhibitions. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform a member of staff or the photographer at the event. Otherwise, Amplivox reserves the right to use any situational photograph/video taken, without your expressed written permission. We may use the photograph/video in our marketing and communication, including but not limited to literature, social media and website.

To ensure the privacy of individuals, we do not use portrait images or close-up images without your written approval. To ensure the privacy of individuals, no images will be identified using full names or personal identifying information without your written approval. You are entitled to object to the use of any photograph/video in question, after which we will withdraw the photograph/video without hesitation.
