Payment terms and conditions
All prices do not include travel or accommodation costs. Refreshments and lunch are included on each full day of training. Amplivox will confirm the course a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the specified course date. If a reservation is cancelled within 4 weeks of the course date a 50% charge would be held. If a reservation is cancelled within 2 weeks of a course date, no refund would be available. Amplivox reserve the right to alter the course programme without notice and to refuse any registration. A PDF certificate will be sent out after the course. Hard copy certificates will be an additional £50 to cover production and administration costs.
Payment options
Payment can be made by either credit or debit card on receipt of the proforma invoice. Alternatively, payment can be made via bank transfer (quoting your proforma invoice number). Cheques can be posted to:

How to reserve a place
Step 1 - Get in touch
Let us know you’d like to attend one of our courses by email at hello@amplivox.com or complete the reservation form below.
Once we have received your reservation request one of our advisers will contact you in due course.
Step 2- Invoice
We'll send you a proforma invoice following your reservation. Please note: you will not be guaranteed a place until payment is received.
We will contact you typically four weeks before the course date to confirm the venue information and timetable.
Step 3 - Pay
After receiving your invoice, choose how to pay for your chosen course and guarantee your place.
If paying the proforma invoice with a purchase order number, please make sure to submit the purchase order with your reservation.
